Family Solutions
"Helping families break the cycle, for this generation and the next."
Approach
When addiction and mental health challenges take hold, they don’t affect just one person. They reshape the whole family: how you talk, what you avoid, and what you’ve learned to tolerate. Most families reach out after years of trying everything they know. They’re exhausted, and they’re running out of ways to help.
I treat substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health concerns as family issues, not only individual ones. The patterns that keep them going often live in the relationships around them, and that is also where change begins. Here’s How I work:
A clear plan before anything happens. Every engagement starts with who does what, what happens next, and what to do if things don’t go as expected.
The whole family, not just one person. Family coaching is built into every intervention. I prepare each family member so you go in aligned and ready, with respect for your loved one at every step.
Boundaries that hold.
I help families stop rescuing and start supporting, with consistent boundaries that make treatment the clearest choice.
Support that doesn’t end at admission. An intervention is a beginning. I stay with families through transport, treatment and the transition home.
About
I founded NextGen Family Solutions to give families what they most need in a crisis: a calm, experienced guide and a clear path forward. This work is personal. I've been in recovery since 2014, and I've also been the family member watching someone I love struggle. Today I get to break the cycle in my own family, and I don't take a single day of it for granted. I bring that to every family I work with. Before founding NextGen, I spent five years as Program Director of a 70-bed sober living program. I already knew early recovery from the inside. That role let me see it through the eyes of many others, and showed me how much a family's response shapes the outcome. I'm a Board Certified Intervention Professional and ARISE® certified. Based on Philadelphia’s Main Line. Serving families nationwide. I've been where your loved one is, and where you are. Let's talk about what comes next.

Services
Interventions
A professionally guided intervention gives your family the best chance of helping a loved one accept treatment. The process begins with a detailed look at your family's situation, followed by careful preparation of everyone involved. Every intervention is built on evidence-based models, including the ARISE® approach, and includes family coaching so each person knows their role, what to say, and how to hold boundaries. Treatment options are researched and placement is arranged in advance, so when your loved one says yes, they can move directly into care. Support continues through admission and beyond.
Safe Transports
The hours between agreeing to treatment and arriving at a facility are often the most vulnerable. Clients are personally escorted to treatment by car or by air, anywhere in the country, with every detail handled: travel arrangements, timing, and coordination with the treatment center. Your loved one has calm, steady support the entire way, and your family has peace of mind knowing they will arrive safely and on schedule. Included with intervention services and available on its own.
Sober Companions
Early recovery and life's big moments can bring real risk. A sober companion provides one-on-one, in-person support, from a single day for a wedding, holiday or business event to ongoing weekly support after treatment, helping your loved one stay on course and build confidence in everyday life. Support is discreet and tailored to each person's schedule, environment, and goals. Families gain real peace of mind knowing their loved one has steady, experienced support when it matters most.
Family & Individual Coaching
Personalized coaching guides families and individuals toward recovery, healthy decision-making, and stronger connections, with practical tools for lasting growth. For families, coaching is built into every intervention, preparing each member to speak with one voice and hold consistent boundaries. Once the intervention agreement is complete, it continues as an ongoing additional service to strengthen communication and rebuild trust. For individuals in recovery, one-on-one coaching helps rebuild routine, responsibility, and direction in daily life.
